1. 退貨期限與條件
各項商品之退貨問題,除依照台灣消費者保護法等相關法令規定,享有七天猶豫期(猶豫期非試用期)。於收到商品七日之內,我們提供退貨服務。
商品狀態要求:退貨之商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整,保持所有商品、附件、包裝、及收據完整性。
食品類特別規範:茶葉、茶食為私人消耗性產品,一經拆封、食用,或因消費者存放不當造成外盒變形、保存不良導致變質,恕不接受退換貨。網頁商品會因為螢幕解析度不同造成圖片顏色略有差異,請以實品顏色為準。
2. 退貨運費負擔
商品瑕疵 / 寄錯商品:若因本公司疏失導致商品有瑕疵或品項錯誤,退換貨之來回運費由本公司全額負擔。
個人因素退貨:若因個人喜好、改變心意等非商品瑕疵因素要求退貨,退回本公司之運費需由消費者自行負擔。

4. 退款方式與作業時間
本公司於收到退貨商品並完成驗收無誤後,將進行退款作業:
(1) ATM轉帳及貨到付款:請於退貨時提供您的匯款帳號,我們將於收到退貨後的 [7-10] 個工作天內,將款項匯還至您指定的帳戶。
(2) 信用卡付款:我們將於收到退貨後的 [7-10] 個工作天內為您辦理刷退。完成退款申請後,依各家發卡銀行作業時間不同,約需 7-14 個工作天入帳,實際入帳時間請洽詢您的發卡銀行。

- Refund Methods and Processing Time Upon receiving the returned items and successfully completing the inspection, our company will proceed with the refund process: (1) ATM Transfer and Cash on Delivery: Please provide your remittance account details when processing the return.
